The check-in process was straightforward and hassle-free. the location of the apartment was perfect, with everything we needed close by. the apartment itself had plenty of room, comfortable beds, and was equipped with everything we needed. We also appreciated the convenience of indoor parking and the bike storage room.
We did experience some noise disruptions during our stay, with a large group of children running up and down the hallway for a couple of days, and construction noise waking us up early one morning. It would have been nice if the hotel staff had intervened in these situations to maintain a peaceful environment.

We stayed at the Big White Village Center 2 Bedroom for a week and it was perfect for our needs. The apartment had everything we needed and it was conveniently located close to where we needed to be. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our group. The internet was reliable and we appreciated having indoor parking. The fact that there was a washing room nearby was an added bonus. The communication with the staff was excellent throughout our stay.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The apartment had everything we needed - plenty of room, comfy beds, and excellent communication. The location was perfect, close to everything. We also appreciated having internet, indoor parking, and a nearby washing room. we enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it.

Our stay was made easy by being in a central location. The apartment had everything we needed and was close to where we needed to be. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room. The internet was reliable and the indoor parking was a bonus. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the convenient washing room nearby. Communication with the staff was excellent.
The condo was not air conditioned, so it got quite hot during our stay. However, we were able to manage by sleeping with fans on and opening the windows.

Our stay at Big White Village Center was made easy by being central. The location was perfect for our mountain biking adventure in the park. We loved the convenience of having the market downstairs to buy groceries and save money on eating out. The apartment had everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen and a dishwasher. The underground parking was spacious and accommodating for our full-size pickup truck. The bike storage room was also very useful. The check-in process was smooth, and the communication was excellent. we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.
Although the condo was not air-conditioned, we were able to sleep comfortably with the fans and windows open as the cool evening air flowed through the rooms. However, we were surprised by the construction noise outside the condo early in the morning.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the village. It is convenient for mountain biking and close to all the essential amenities. the apartment itself is spacious and well, equipped, with comfortable beds and a well, stocked kitchen. the underground parking is a great bonus, especially for those with larger vehicles. the check, in process was smooth and the bike storage room was very useful.
There were some disturbances with loud children running in the hallway and a delay in the garbage being emptied upon request.
